Wei Ren Speaking,

Yawn... Guess what, I'm in the midst of my work shift. First time ever had I worked after midnight! 11pm all the way till 8.30am. Well, luckily I'm used to sleeping late.

Yesturday, was a very "different" day, so to speak. It's because a few of my friends and I paid a special visit to the Old Changi Hospital. It's proclaimed to be Singapore's most haunted places. And there we are, trying to measure our guts and entered that creepy hollow. There were five of us, walking in single file with me, unfortunately, positioned at the back of the file. Imagine how it was like for me then. And that is why those standing i front of me had been showing concern and worrying for me. I appreciate it alot, Thanks! Nevertheless, I too, was worry about you guys! About the place, it'll fulfill whatever you'll thought it'll be like to be one of the most hauted place ever. What's more, it's raining! And after a few days of thunderstorms, the building was somewhat flooded, as the rain busted through those cracked windows and bombarded those wards of oblivion. There's a total of six storeys and we successfully when to the sixth one, with everyone in one piece. The hospital is solid dark. Some rooms and lifts we passed, were as dark as dark space! Even the skies are brighter than the interior of the building. After an hour or so, we left the area.

Christmas is literally round the corner, and on that night after the trail, I quickly got home to prepare my christmas presents. Everything was hand-made. Hence, I do till my eyelids and hands just stopped and ordered me to bed. That was about 5am.

I couldn't sleep for long, no matter how late I slept. Once I woke up at twelve noon, I quickly wash up and drank Avo-Cino and rushed to Reynold's house, to settle some business with him. After it's done, I rushed down to Parkway to meet up with Wileen.

It's her 2nd Day in Planet Fitness and I enjoyed her accompany. If only more girls are as motivated as her to keep fit and healthy. Kudos to her! Right after gym, we met up with Roy and we went up to my house, where I grabbed my uniform for work, while Roy was playing my keyboard and Wileen watching the 7pm drama serials. Soon, we took the cab to town. Planned to watch Charlotte's Web, but we were to behind time, as I had to purchase some art materials I need to prepare my christmas presents at Ngee Ann City. Then off we went to Cineleisure, where we had our dinner and later on, to the arcade. It's fun playing the ice-hockey, shooting as well as pool! After some time, we took an mrt and came all the way here to work, and also to be able to blog now!

Just now, I received a terrible news which seriously spoiled my mood for the night. Even now I'm still hurt and furious over it. Apparently, one of my good friend, was forced to take an action which really really hurts me and put me back into misery. Never had I felt such obligations and helpless to do anything so as to improve the situation for myself. I know she wasn't to be blamed and she had to do the right thing. Honestly, I'm still angy with her, but I understands that she has no choice. I trust her, and I believe I'm trusting the right person. I just felt being screwed up all over again. And I just have this feeling that, this particular good friend of mine is turning her back against me! But i just believe she isn't that kind.

So be it, so be it. I just have to make do with it. Actually, nothing much is lost. It's just an opportunity that was. And that's something one will never know whether it'll be just another one, or it'll be the last one I'll ever have. And with this situation going on, I just have to change my plans for Christmas Eve. But it's just this very question that couldn't put my mind in peace, "Is She the one who told her to do such a thing?" Well, I'm having a dilemma of whether do I want to hear the truth or not, as I'm afraid, that I just can't handle the truth.

Wei Ren Speaking,

Didn't blog for two weeks. Rating's have been dropping and some unidentified people tagging. Didn't really take good care of this blog. Albert...where's your poems you said you want to post right here? That guy is a poetic one! Just like me! :p

Oh yes. There's some changes to the Weirenism Zacharian Ultimate Xtreme 360 Makeover. Although it was officially launched since about a month ago, it had only just started last week. Well, cuz I kinda failed in balancing the makeover and my working schedule, and nevertheless, and movie and friends outing schedule. From now onwards, I shall put in more effort and discipline in managing my time. Therefore, I shall rank my priority.

Utmost Important- Sleep (without it... I can forget about doing anything!)
Most Important- The Makeover
Very Important- Work
Important- Friends and Family
Less Important- Movies

One major change is that, the actual deadline of the Makeover which was published, has now become the deadline of Weirenism Zacharian Ultimate Xtreme 360 Makeover- Phrase 1.

12 weeks are never enough. Having been obese for so many years, how could a mere 3 months do the job? Moreover, my life has never been more hectic than now. And therefore, to be pragmatic and realistic further, I have to break up the Makeover into different phrases, with the current one as Phrase 1. The rule of the thumb is that, each phrases come with their goals and objectives. However, all of them have a common purpose- Consistent in improving, learning and evolving, and also to seek my awaited happiness.

Alright, here's the goals and objectives of Phrase 1

Goals:
At least 1 standard Pull-Up
At least 1 standard Push-Up
At least 1 standard Parallel Dip
Climb the Andrea's Wall*
Climb the Don's Bar*
Win Don Ong in Arm Wrestling
Win Don Ong in Forearm Wrestling
Run from the Parkway Underpass to Bedok Jetty in 25 minutes
60 Sit-Ups in 1 minute
35 Burpees in 1 minute
15 Inclined Pull-Up in 1 minute
Reduce my fat percentage by at least 15%
Gain noticeable definition of my arms and lower body

Other *non-physical* goals:
Save up $1K for a laptop
Save up $150 for other computer stuffs
Save up $300 for my 1-week shopping spree for my new wardrobe( only if I manage to gain an improve physique)
*Save up $??? to attend piano lessons* This is just a wish which I doubt I could grant

Objective:
Jog at least once every two days
Attend Planet Fitness once every two days
Consume Avo-Cino and Apple-Lery at least once every two days
500 Sit-Ups everyday( 24 hours to complete)
300 Burpees everyday( 24 hours to complete)
50 Inclined Pull-Ups( whenever I passed by a fitness station)
Self- Training in the gym
Continue my Fast-Food Fast (excluding the beverages and the 50cents cone...Hehe!)

Other *non-physical* objectives:
Work as often as I can( without compromising the Makeover)
No more than 2 movies a week
Spend less than $10 a day( excluding friends and movie outings)

That's about it for the Makeover.

Today is a very important where I dedicate my life to answering this very important question. It is very ambiguous and I need many to help me in answering it.

Situation happened like 2 days ago. When me and my Pal were at some MacDonalds. Well, just opposite us, within my range of sight, a guy was eating his food alone. He ate his food halfway, and when downstairs to collect his nuggets or whatever since that branch is a 2 storey Macs.

Quite coincidentally, there was a Mac's worker on a bad mood so she just cleared that guy's food. Still quite alot of fries left and she just cleared it. Sadly, the guy came back and found his food missing, he was curious as to who did it.

I witnessed the whole incident and wanted to approach him to tell him who did it but my pal told me no. She told me to stay put. The customer soon left and I asked her WHY. She told me that the worker there may get fired. Now this is a No-Win Situation.

As we debated on for couple of minutes, that particular worker when trying to keep her bucket and mop made a hell lot of noise. An infernal noise perhaps...Everybody just stared at her, I was thinking, so what if she is in a bad mood...she still must not throw tantrums. Fortunately, some malay guy from Mac's delivery was at the scene shouted at her that there are customers.

Within a day. I find the basic concepts of man that every knew got turned upside down...There is an answer to solve this problem at that very instant is there not?? Most people will help the customer, others will help the worker, and maybe, some others will help both in option C, that is to give the money back to the customer and warn the worker. However, is there a definite answer??

Feeling guilty not telling the customer who did it but also feeling a little ambiguous as to who to help...

In addition to the points raised in Daniel Drasin's (brutally truthful!) article, remember also that the common-sense principle that whatever phenomena 'science' cannot adequately explain, does *not* prove the phenomena false - it merely proves that *human* science (on this planet) has not yet evolved to sufficiently understand the phenomena.

The above is a screenshot of a letter titled "Where's the spirit of care?" sent by an Adeline Ang to the Today Newspaper :
http://www.todayonline.com/pdflive/0812VOL032.pdf

I've often wondered if the most effective and productive way to help with (absolutely) unnecessary suffering amongst cancer victims... or to be more accurate - chemotherapy victims; would be to hand out copies of Aajonus Vonderplanitz's "We Want To Live" (together with other essentials such as Byron Katie's Work and the Hilarion material) to every household.

Of course, this cannot be done. Nonetheless, Education remains the key. If people can be educated on the true nature, purpose and solution regarding cancer (on all levels - nutritional, biochemical, psychospiritual and karmic; and on Rife healing technology), and on the *wrongness* of chemotherapy (including the economic-political corruption of the pharmaceutical industry), then Humanity may see a much better tomorrow for our brothers, sisters and children to live in.

Keep up your efforts (of assistantiality, of caring, of sharing) and never give up on them - someone somewhere someday shall benefit from them.

Wei Ren Speaking,
Right now, I'm proud to present two new recipes-
The Avo-Brain Freeze
and
The Apple-Lery
The Avo-Cino Brain Freeze
1 Australian Avocado
4 Tablespoon of liquid honey ( if its solid, dissolve in water first)
2 1/2 Tablespoon of Coffee powder ( I use my cuppuccino-flavoured protein powder)
10 Ice-cubes
1 Blender
Pick a riped Avocado. How to tell? Normally, a dark brown Avocado is ready for consumption and it's soft and delicate. If you got a bright green one, place it in a bag and store it in your refrigerator for a couple more days.
After you cutting both ends, remove the skin, and mash the flesh. Before you place the mashed fleshed into the blender, put in the ice-cubes first. After the Avocado is put in, pour in the honey and the coffee-powder. Cover the lid and start the blending.
Blend at the highest speed for roughly 7 minutes till it's well mixed.
It can be kept for 24 hours in the refrigerator, but it's advised to comsume it immediately for optimum freshness.
And there you go... The Avo-Cino Brain Freeze. Best served chilled...
To be Continued...

Wei Ren Speaking,
What a week! Movies and more Movies... Work and more Work...
On Monday, went to Reynold house first to settle some business. It went pretty well! After that, I rushed all the way to the Cathay Cineplex, to meet Wei Wen(weiwenism), Yu Wen( wei wen's older sis), Junie( the pooh-luver), Ling Yan( the cool-looking one) and Shi Min( the beauty). =p
We planned to watch Happy Feet(again!) at Cathay, but cuz there ain't any good seats left, we decided to head for GV Plaza Singapura.
Constructions' all over right over that part of Orchard. Kinda pity the Cineplex for being launched while surrounding by piling works and mean bull-dozers.
After we got the tickets, off we went to Yamaha. That's when Wei Wen and I was playing Canon. Both of us played different versions of it. I was kinda nervous and uncomfortable while playing. Cuz the keys are heavily weighted and I'm not a 1-grader and beyond. I'm gradeless. So yeah, kinda screw up in front of them. But its ok, I love to hear myself playing. And Wei Wen was great, with the classic Canon. Well mine is the George Winston's version. Grade 4/5 piece i think.
In the movie, once again like before, was zi-siao by Wei Wen. Keep making the sound effects whenever I grab a bite and sip my drink. Well I can't blame anyone cuz I myself like to tease her with those sound effects too. Lolz... Then both of us and Junie was laughing non-stop. I forgotten over what, but sure it was funny.
The movie was really one of the best of its kind. The songs are wonders. Yesturday, I was attempting to purchase the soundtrack. And guess what? It's so popular that it's all sold out in Parkway Parade! Sembawang, Grammophone, MPH... all sold out! Man, how frustrated I was then. I rushed all the way to CD-Rama. I was overjoyed! Finally... For those who love this movie, you'll love the soundtrack. So go get one soon. It's really 'while stock last'! Phew! A few of the tracks are sang by Brittany Murphy, and they are great!
Oh yes, last Friday, I went out with this same gang: The Girl Guide Gang Cuz other than Ling Yan and I, as well as Wei Wen's sister, the rest are girl guides! Man, I'm the only guy around. But its ok. Which guy mind going out with gals only? We went to East Coast Park. We were cycling all day till somewhere near the airport runway. It was fun cycling as a group. After that, we headed to Parkway Parade for bubble-tea! Also on that day, I went for a walk-in interview, in the very same building! And I was hired on the spot! I was with Wei Wen and Junie while filling in the form. That's when I started to crap with them... What's my name? Weirenism...What's my race? Indian... What's my weight and height? WTF do a company need to know how heavy and tall I am! What language I speak? Punjabi! What's my expected salary? 1 million! Lolz... and lots more that I couldn't remember already.
On Tuesday, went out with Gregory( the Gay), Brendan( the Richie Rich), Xing Fu( the boy-next-door), Weni( the cheerful gal) and Melissa( the Korean beauty). Once again, I'm the youngest there. The oldest is 23, and me, 16! It's totally different from the other group( the girl guide gang). Where the youngest is certainly not me( its Wei Wen) and the oldest is 19 and the youngest is 14!
We went to Orchard Cineleisure. Watched "Time". M18... Man, I haven't even watched a single NC-16 movie and yet I watched an M18 one... The movie is meaningful and mature, and it certainly put across a message to the view: Know who you Was, Know who you are Now and Know who you want to Be. Don't be like the lady in the story who was confused with these after she went for a plastic surgery. It's a Korean movie and it's pretty good.
I was introduced to two great ladies, Weni and Melissa. They're Gregory's and Brendan's ex-classmate in Broadrick. Three years my senior. Weni, an indo, is cheerful and mature. The latter, Melissa, heihey... how Korean can she gets! Perfectly a Korean-looking babe with big big eyes! lolz...
Wednesday was another Movie Night. This time: Christmas with the Cranks. Another wonderful X'mas tale once again the months of Nov/Dec yearly. It was really very funny. The movie was produced not only to liven up the X'mas spirit but also to motivate the viewers to realise our goals and dreams. Just like the Cranks, who lived to fulfill the goal of having their house to be seen from space! A must-see for any X'mas enthusiasts.
Its the same gang with Tuesday, just that we have a new gang member: Cloe... She's really very cute and sweet! Simply adorable. She's an ex-Broadrician who's also three years my senior.
This gang is awesome. Even though my age withstand far from them. It doesn't matter. I don't feel left out and I enjoyed going out with them.
Melissa was damn funny. She just couldn't remember my name...*sob* When Gregory tested her what's my name, she said: "er...wei something de... something with R in front..." Then I told her, "Rain"...yeah... R mah.. my name is Rain. Nice to meet you." Lolz...
On that day itself, It was my first day at work. The place was awesome. Fine-dining... Great place, great manager and difinitely great colleagues. While working halfway, I saw Julina, Yi Wen and Li Wen. Lolz... Was so happy to see my classmates again!
Thursday was my second day at work. This workplace of mine was really cool, Guess who I saw... Ms Chua, Ms Han and Ms Lee( my teachers) who went shopping together. And later on, my classmate Alicia, who mumbled to herself, " Man, you seems to be working everywhere!"(Well cuz she saw me working in my previous job, just like Ms Lee who saw me working then and I caught her dating!) Lolz... And next I saw Yi Wei, Michelle and Karen shopping together.
It's really great to see familiar faces around while working in a new place.
